It's just amazing. We were looking for a place at an affordable price and with a beautiful view from the window. Since we arrived late and checked in at night, we still did not know how lucky we were. And in the morning, as soon as we woke up, we immediately took these photos. The view of the mountains is simply a delight. On the ground floor there is a fairly modernly decorated cafe/restaurant with panoramic windows and mountain views, where you are served incredibly delicious and hearty breakfasts, which are included in the room rate. In the evening, you can have dinner here, because the owner of the Arenas cooks well and treats you with homemade wine. Also, Arena has great taste in music, he is a very kind and generally wonderful person. From here, you can walk to the Pagan Temple and the Symphony of Stones in 20 minutes, and it's quite easy to drive to the Geghard Temple carved into the rock. You can also walk to the center of Garni, where there are all the necessary shops, a bank, pharmacies, etc.

We're leaving the Nor Dar Hotel today, and what I want to say is, it's a great hotel! Karen's host is very good-natured, welcomed us as the most expensive guests. Dinner, wine, breakfast - at the highest level! And the views! The view of the mountains and the village, especially from the terrace, is simply mesmerizing. I think it will be even better here in the season, the pool will work, everything will turn green. Excellent mesno!

I would like to express my gratitude and share my impressions of this place. Excellent location, stunning views from the room and from the veranda, in close proximity to the main attractions of Garni. You will even be offered a driver to drive around these attractions! Several pools, a sauna. Amazing cuisine. Huge portions, delicious to the point of insanity, the freshest products. The owner, Karen, and his assistant, Maryam, also cook. A wonderful breakfast! They will always ask if they liked everything, and the neighbors of the owner also fed cherries from the tree! It's all about love! We are absolutely delighted and definitely recommend it! Million ❤

The place where I left my heart is the hospitable host Karen, a restaurant with delicious cuisine and the sweetest chef Maryam. Breakfast is served on the terrace overlooking the gorge and mountains. Pools where you can not only cool off from the heat if you are vacationing there in the summer season, but also take beautiful panoramic photos. And on the roof you can look at the stars and the Milky Way. I recommend it from the bottom of my heart, especially if you want to admire local attractions such as the pagan temple of Garni, the natural wonder of the Symphony of Stones, and the monastery carved into the rocks of Geghart.

We spent the night at this hotel in October 2024. There was a cozy room, a delicious breakfast and a beautiful view. We got sick and Karen went to the pharmacy early in the morning, trying to find us medicines. Then he didn't kick us out of the room until we felt better. This attitude is very valuable. He also has a beautiful garden with fruit trees, I picked delicious pears and quinces with me on the road. I have only pleasant impressions about the hotel and its owner. Highly recommended.

NOR DAR is just an amazing place. Neat rooms, stylish space, wonderful and hospitable hosts, stunning views, delicious breakfasts. We had a rest in November, I want to come back here in the summer to swim in the pool. We highly recommend that you walk from here to the Garni Temple and the symphony of stones.
