Kotva (Anchor) is a very decent hotel for a little money on the edge of Nesebar. It is perfectly located, there is no need to cross any road to the sea. There is no private beach. The rooms are even two-room. The breakfasts are suitable. There is animation for children, for them there is a large children's town. It was a little annoying that the Bulgarian-speaking staff at the reception desk did not want to understand Slavic-speaking Russian, and offered to communicate in English, although we understood it perfectly.

The hotel was vacationed in 2018 . I liked the hotel, it is clean, located on the first line by the sea. The sea and the beach are also clean. A great water park, it is very good for young families with children there. I take off the check-in for a very long check-in, the plane from Moscow arrives at 6 a.m., they don't settle in the room before 14. These hours after the road seem endless.

Overall, the hotel is very nice! Plenty of space, spacious, with a water park.The rooms are cozy and cleaned every day.There are shops nearby, you don't have to go far.It's very close to the sea, the beach is great, in general everything is fine, but there may not be enough evening entertainment..discos or concerts)
