We have been staying at this wonderful hotel in September for the 4th year in a row! Rooms in hotels after renovation. The room has everything you need, a TV, a refrigerator, air conditioning and a huge balcony with a magnificent view where we like to sleep.the location of the hotel is very good 3 min Colonnade 3 min Gagripsh restaurant Seaside Park and beach across the street. I want to say a big thank you to the director of the hotel, Ilona, a very responsive person, always in touch and will solve any of your questions. Thank you so much So whoever chooses a hotel in Gagra, you know where you need to go. And I hope we will come again more than once.

We stayed at the Gagra Hotel from August 11 to August 16, 2025. Upon arrival, we were provided with a place to work, we got into the situation, thank you very much. I really liked the location and the quality of service. The hotel is surrounded by greenery, the view from the balcony is gorgeous. The beach is nearby through an underground passage, a beautiful promenade with many cafes and restaurants. Discos are held in the evenings. I recommend the hotel, we really liked it.
