Good day to all!!! We stayed at the hotel from 25.12 to 5.01, we can only say that..... The hotel is good, we lived in 401 rooms with ocean views... The room was large, 3-bed, bright, had a refrigerator and a safe, and a balcony. There was always water, and sometimes the lights were turned off, but not for long. The breakfasts are good, we had enough of everything. Room cleaning is available on request. The ocean is 3 minutes away, close to shops, cafes, in general, everything is within walking distance. There is no noise from the street. It's nice to wake up to the singing of birds, the "chirping" of chipmunks 🤗 The hotel's guests were mostly Russians. The hotel is nice, the staff is friendly, always ready to help 🤗 I would love to return to this wonderful hotel.

We had a rest on February 26th. Among the advantages: friendly staff, shops, currency exchanges, cafes-all on the same street, despite this noise is not heard, the beach is 2 minutes away- and this is the biggest plus! On the downside: The breakfasts are mediocre, full of eggs and paper sausages. We lived in 402m. The only natural light was constantly curtained, because there was a bed exactly along the window and the window itself looked out onto a shared balcony. The bed linen is old and torn. Such disadvantages of rest did not spoil me, of course, because the ocean will outshine anything) however, it may be useful for someone. P.S. Do not dry white clothes on their wooden dryers! You don't wash it. Immediately ask for an iron one! They definitely have at least 2 pieces.

We stayed at this hotel from March 2 to March 12, 2025.We were warmly welcomed and treated with delicious juice.We lived on the 3rd floor in a room with a balcony.Of course, the furniture and plumbing are old, but this did not affect the quality of our stay.The breakfasts are modest, every day either an icing or an omelet, they also serve Sri Lankan cuisine, the dish changes every day.Powdered coffee, toast with butter and marmalade, juice, but the most wonderful thing is that they give you a whole plate of fruit every day.:pineapples, watermelon, papaya, mango, banana.In general, we have never been hungry.The hotel staff is very friendly and always ready to help.The room was cleaned at our request, the keys were left at the reception and by our arrival the room was cleaned, the bed and towels were also changed.Beach towels were provided on demand.Two half-liter bottles of water were brought every day.We were satisfied with the hotel and the staff.
