An atmospheric authentic hotel on the shores of Lake Sevan. Seagulls, cats, flowers, silence and comfortable weather are what travelers tired of the hustle and bustle of the city and the heat need. The rooms are very spacious and decorated in a rustic style. The disadvantages are not very comfortable beds and a nervous floor, which makes the table and stools wobble. The first hotel that doesn't have a TV. But it was more of a plus for us. The territory is well maintained and beautiful. Lots of colors and all kinds of decor. Hotel life is accompanied by the endless cries of seagulls. Our room was a little far from their main location, so they didn't bother us at night, but they amused us during the day. The service is unobtrusive and unhurried. The breakfasts are modest and monotonous. Maybe because we came after 9 a.m. But there were fruits and watermelons, and delicious Armenian coffee. Dinner at the restaurant is beyond praise. It was delicious, and we wrapped up a lot of what we didn't eat. Sevan fish is definitely worth a try. She is divine. Despite the fact that the hotel is located away from the village of Sevan, Yandex taxi drivers were on duty in the parking lot and were ready to take us somewhere.

Although the hotel is located in a great location with a beautiful view of Lake Sevan, the impression of the stay remained extremely negative. The design of the hotel is made in an authentic style, which, of course, looks attractive and adds a special atmosphere, but this is not enough to compensate for the other disadvantages. Firstly, the hotel does not provide for a normal recreation for guests. In the afternoon, as soon as buses with tourists start arriving, the area becomes simply unbearable. It is impossible to get into the cafe — all the tables are occupied, and the atmosphere is bustling and noisy. This is absolutely not in line with what is promised on the hotel's website. As for the kitchen, it also has its own nuances. When we arrived at the cafe, we were billed with an added 20% on the order amount. This is information that was not reported in advance, and we were unpleasantly surprised at the calculation, as we were not warned about it. It looks like hidden surcharges, which is extremely unpleasant and does not meet the standards of honest service. In general, the hotel could be called a good one, if not for these problems with the service. For such prices, of course, expectations were much higher. I do not recommend it for those who appreciate calm and transparent conditions!

We have very mixed impressions of this place. At the time of check-in, the reception was not working, we walked all over the territory and were looking for someone to check us in! No papers, passports, or anything else. They found some guy from the restaurant who handed over the key and asked for payment in cash without any checks and stuff. The disadvantages are very cold, stone walls, stone floor, lack of hot water in the shower (they couldn't take an elementary shower), an uncomfortable bed with a sagging mattress, sockets in strange places and spiders running around the white walls.... Of the advantages: clean linen, the staff helped out with a heater and a gorgeous view from the window, and that's it. The breakfast in the restaurant is tasteless and monotonous, we didn't even expect it. Service-a guy came in from the street, took off his jacket, put on an apron and didn't even wash his hands-he started bringing food. And the other even worked with food in a warm street vest, wiping his hands on jeans!

A super hotel. We were in October, it got colder outside in the evening, we went into the room, it seemed cool. The batteries were turned on in 5 minutes. We rested at the Bashinjaghyan hotel (the old name of the hotel is Lavash) for a week in the second line building in a room with a terrace. The room is large and clean - freshly renovated, new furniture. Cleaning is daily and available on request. The staff is very friendly and helpful. There are two beaches for guests and guests of the restaurant. We swam and tanned everywhere. It is more free for guests and there are umbrellas. The following can be said about the restaurant - the food is delicious and satisfying, BUT on weekends there are often no places for guests. Thanks to Arthur, the best employee of the restaurant, this discomfort was avoided. Arthur, thank you again very much for the comfortable breakfasts and lunches in the restaurant, and especially for the hot coffee.

No more than a couple of days. The idea of using old furniture and making a retro style is good, but the embodiment is terrible, I'm sorry. The furniture stinks of mustiness, and it smells unpleasant in the room, especially when you come in from the street. They didn't even use the cupboards, they kept all the things in the suitcase. There are no hooks in the bathroom, well, it seems so obvious to me, and you walk around with this wet towel and you don't know where to put it, and there's nowhere to dry wet swimsuits either. And there are rats or mice running around in the roof, I don't know, gnawing on something. Well, in general, it was enchanting, we lived for 4 nights and were happy to leave, because we didn't get enough sleep, the nights were fun, first the mice, then the dog barks, and so on, trash.

We stayed for 1 night, took 7 rooms. In room 1, at 3 a.m., a circuit breaker went off in the closet and knocked and screamed like that for an hour. There is no phone number, it was unclear what to do. Another room smelled of burning, the child inhaled it and vomited all night. In the third room, someone was walking on the roof, maybe cats, but the sound was strong. The floors in the house are cold, take slippers. Beach towels are not provided. We went to dinner at 20.40, we were told that the kitchen closes in an hour. We tried to order quickly, as a result, the staff was too lazy to even cut a lemon into tea. We went to lunch at 15, as a result, we waited an hour for service. There are no other food options within walking distance. The advantages are the location, its own clean beach, beautiful surroundings.

We were passing through in May, it's not the season yet. It's a good place to stop. Windows on the lake, seagulls, cats, dogs, and a few hours of walking are OK, especially with a child. The restaurant serves delicious and quick dinners. The breakfasts are modest. Some of the staff are friendly, some are clearly unhappy with your presence) But the room is very mediocre. It may be stylish in its simplicity, but the beds creak from any movement, the bathroom door creaks, the smell in the bathroom is bad and there are traces of mold or mildew on the ceiling under the paint. There is a room for 3 people, one of the beds is a bunk bed and right next to the battery. The worst sleeping conditions of all the hotels that were on this vacation. No one got enough sleep. That is, I would rather put 2 or 3 stars for the room. 4 only because of the general atmosphere of the hotel and the food at dinner.

It is a pleasure to watch how quickly the weather changes on the lake. Bathroom with unusual mosaic tiles. They give disposable slippers, soap, shampoo. There is a small fridge and a kettle. The bed is comfortable, there is a warm blanket. I would like to mention breakfast separately. We thought there would be a bun and coffee, but it turned out to be a buffet with a large selection of delicious food. As King Solomon said, "there is nothing better for a man than to rejoice... and that a man should eat and drink and enjoy his work. It's a gift from God." Coming to dinner at this wonderful restaurant, we fully felt the correctness of these words. There are many Armenian dishes on the menu at pleasant prices. The most pleasant impressions remained from this place. Let's come back here again...

It was not possible to have dinner (we returned after the restaurant), but the breakfasts were very, very mediocre. The only delicious thing was a cupcake. Despite the description of the room, we got without a table and chairs, because the terrace is passable. The neighbors had it, but you can still look for such crooked and crumbling furniture)) The furniture in the room was also so-so and the mattresses were not hard, they creaked. Lake view, as promised, but double-glazed windows with fogged spots inside. The floor is stone, there are tiles in the bathroom, but you definitely need to wear shoes. Parking is bad with places because restaurant visitors came and there were a lot of them - by 21 it was possible to park the car. On the beach there are either wooden sun beds or iron ones covered with poorly stretched transparent fabric. The water is cold (July). Children's swing - sadness) They took dry red house wine from them (2500 drams per liter) - in a guest house in Tatev they took it better for 2000 per liter. Great at night, first the frogs screamed, and then the seagulls (all night) - authentic) Perhaps their dinners are not bad, but I do not recommend living there and having breakfast if you are not for "authenticity"))

In the morning, breakfast is without options, but we liked it. It was very large and everything was delicious: a basket of lavash, butter, Armenian cheese, cottage cheese, sour cream, 2 types of jam, scrambled eggs, biscuits for tea. Important - there are different room categories. We stayed in a 3-bed room overlooking the lake and it was very beautiful. The room is large, with 2 beds and 1 bed, a table with sofas, a kettle and a refrigerator. Comfortable mattresses and pillows. The only drawback is that there are very few outlets and half of them are melted. The Internet was working all over the territory, but on the first day it was not from the word at all. Be sure to take a fumigator with you, the nets on the windows do not save you from mosquitoes. The breakfasts are not very varied, but we were pleased with the fruits and pastries. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant, the prices were pleasantly pleased. I recommend the whitefish kebab.

I didn't understand the beauty of the place at all. The room was shown smelly. There is no descent to the lake, as the administrator replied to us.The uncle gestures where to park, saying, go there and there.
