We spend every year with the whole family at this hotel. The sea is within walking distance, a private beach! There is a market and shops near the hotel. The hotel is new and new rooms appear every year, for example, it is more convenient for us to book a room with its own kitchen and sea view from its veranda, as the views are amazing. The rooms have everything you need, air conditioning, a TV, and a kettle, and if you need anything, you can ask the hosts Fyr and Veronica always go to a meeting and help make your stay comfortable. We miss you very much! Wait for the summer, we will definitely be with you!

Very convenient location - on the beach, in the middle of a beautiful bay. A 15-minute walk to the sandy beach and 15 minutes in the other direction to the famous beach under the Pitsunda pine. The room has everything you need, a mini fridge, even a work TV)), although we have never watched it. A comfortable double-story bed for children. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking, and there has always been enough space for us. A friendly governess, the hosts are also very helpful. Veronika knows so many interesting things about Abkhazia, so when we went with her on an excursion to Mount Athos and Lake Baikal.Ritsa was absolutely delighted with the informative lecture about the surroundings and traditions. There is an opportunity to take a sap and swim, especially cool in the early morning, when the dolphins swam up. This year we plan to return again with a larger company. Today is May 15th, 2026, and I'm back here! I can say that I feel good here in any weather! Every year the hotel is transformed, it becomes bigger and more comfortable! Many rooms now have underfloor heating, which makes living in the cold season comfortable and cozy. Come on! It's wonderful here!!! This is my favorite place for over 5 years! The hotel has been greatly transformed over the years! I have a favorite room, on the ground floor with a sea view! But it doesn't matter to me which room to live in, because this hotel is my love! Everything is great here! The rooms are equipped with all amenities, the sea is clean, and on the other side there are mountains! Everything I need for happiness is in this wonderful place. The hosts are wonderful! Every time I leave there, I immediately start missing this place and want to return... This is my love! My place of power! I will be coming there for many more years!
