Disrespectful relations are not comfortable, too rude attitude for guests and staff 🔴 1-option (about service) “I was extremely dissatisfied with the accommodation. The room is dirty, there is an unpleasant smell, the staff does not show any attention. The price clearly does not match the quality.” , Option 2 (about amenities) “Everything looked beautiful in the advertisement, but in reality it was a complete disappointment. The air conditioner is not working, the water is barely flowing, there is no Wi-Fi. It is impossible to sleep because of the noise.” 🔴 3-option (general opinion) “I do not recommend this hotel.
