Удобное расположение: прямо напротив вокзала, рядом со станцией метро (2 мин). Сотрудники не очень отзывчивые, но работают быстро. Отделение на втором этаже, так что если отправлять/получать габаритные посылки, то придётся поднимать пешком по лестнице. Возможна отправка Авито.

Первый раз попала в это отделение, по дороге на работу. Специально предварительно записалась. Ждала 20 минут!!! Плюнула и ушла. Ответ был: не хватает работников. Встречный вопрос: на фига запись предварительная??? Вы не видели, что у вас записан клиент или вам плевать?

Оператор без всякого веского основания отказалась принимать хрупкую посылку Авито доставкой, ссылаясь на то, что они «несут ответственность за повреждения и с их зарплаты это будет вычтено», несмотря на то, что посылка была надёжно упакована. Сотрудники пытались уговорить «забрать товар, в случае если придёт обратно разбитым» и направили в другое отделение. Как почта, это отделение своей функции не выполнило и проблема оставила крайне негативное впечатление о посещении этого отделения. 15.07.2025 17:15
