Почта находится в одном месте с озоном , Вайлдберриз и постаматами. Народу ходит много , грязновато . Но одна улыбка 🙏оператора почты закрывает всё . 19.12 ходила забирать заказ с почты , пришлось постоять , но мягкий разговор оператора сразил , что даже не заметила , что уже набирается народ , что никто не робчет , что долго , что грязно. Просто стоят и ждут . Молодёжи поучиться надо как разговаривать . Спасибо большое за работу . Все 100 БАЛЛОВ . Супер.

Когда бы ни пришёл, здесь всё время очередь в единственное работающее окно, толпа народу на получение и отправку почты, при этом юр. лица отправляют то же в этом же единственном окне. Грязь в отделении, постоянно не работающая электронная очередь... При этом сдали в аренду места под ozon и wild berries.. Лучше бы штат набрали чтобы оперативно работать

Ужасное отделение. Обслуживает один сотрудник, народу полно, а сотрудник раскладывает посылки озон и вайлдберес. Клиенты которые пришли получить услугу на почте должны ждать, что за неуважение. Электронная очередь не работает, в отделении грязно, письма лежат в зале в свободном доступе с персональными данными клиентов. Отправка одного письма заняла 1,5 часа. Ужас.
