For a long time we chose a place to rest and stayed at this guest house. Comfortable and clean rooms, fridge and kettle in the room. Outside there is a dining area and a barbecue. To the sea in 10 minutes on foot maximum. All infrastructure is nearby. I recommend this place for your stay and your comfort.

We had a family vacation in January and July 2025. Excellent Guest house and owners. The photo and description are completely true. Everything is as comfortable as possible, starting from communication with the owners and ending with the well-being and cleanliness in the rooms and on the territory. We arrived early in the morning, we were immediately checked in (special thanks to Juliet for this) The room has all the necessary furniture, as well as a refrigerator, air conditioning and a TV. Free Wi-Fi. The bed linen and towels are snow-white. There are no problems with hot water. The kitchen has all the necessary utensils and additionally has a large refrigerator, so as not to carry cooked food to the room (this is very convenient) There is also a washing machine. The territory is fenced. There is a barbecue. There are shops, pharmacies, a market, canteens, and cafes within walking distance. The sea is a 4-minute walk away. The owners are very hospitable, helpful and polite people. I definitely recommend this place to relax.

We had a rest in this house in August, I really didn't want to leave, but everything was booked in advance as some people sign up six months in advance. A lovely very spacious room with all the amenities inside. Very clean, brand new, cozy. The house is made of timber, which creates a feeling of a home country holiday . There are only 8 rooms in the house, so there is no feeling of a "human". The room has a panoramic tinted full-length window with a view of a cozy and very well-maintained house territory. The rooms on the second floor have access to a wide balcony, it's nice to sit there. The rooms on the ground floor have soft sofas. A very sweet, kind, responsive and just the nicest woman is the hostess Juliet. He always finds out how things are going , helps if you need something. The beach is a 5-minute walk away, and the central alley is just a minute away. There are shops , canteens , pharmacies nearby . Separately, I would like to thank a very pleasant, friendly woman who keeps this house clean . As well as the kitchen and the house territory . Thanks to such a friendly hostess and a wonderful assistant, this house has a very pleasant atmosphere of tranquility and comfort. During our stay in Gagra, we examined at least 50 houses for sure and I want to say that this is the best option that we have seen in terms of price-quality ratio. I am sincerely surprised by some of the reviews , we really liked it and personally recommend this option to all adequate guests.
