We went with a friend today. The interior is very beautiful, there is no dispute. There were no people at all, all the tables were empty, there were only 2 people besides us. As for cleanliness, not at all. The service guy couldn't even connect two words, he wasn't Russian, he worked a lot like that, but at least he had to be able to explain something. There was practically nothing in the assortment, the topioka was over, there were no balls, so there was almost no choice. But we still took it, it was not bad to taste. As for the cleaning, it's just terrible. The tables are dirty, the floor is not washed, and I am generally silent about the toilet, especially for women. I was stuck in it, it was good that I had a friend with me who was able to open the door. The handle is broken, it's a complete mess, even walking is disgusting. In general, there is nothing at all

We came here with a friend because we saw an advertisement in tiktok, the reviews were contradictory, but for the sake of desserts we decided to go test. The establishment is located in the basement. The atmosphere is pleasant, clean, and beautiful. In general, we liked the interior. The staff is really not customer-oriented:(perhaps because they have a completely new menu or because the staff is mostly Chinese. A friend asked what was with the cheese foam and was told that there was nothing. Although there was a cheese item on the menu (which she chose). Then it's more fun. The same friend chose a blueberry cake and Mochi with strawberries from the desserts. We decided to stay at the establishment. They brought us my bubble wrap and a chocolate cake, and they brought my friend mochi with blueberries and Mochi with grapes, we laughed, it was a shame, of course, but she decided to put up with it and not make a showdown. As you noticed, my friend is lucky and the tea she chose (called jade unicorn) turned out to taste very strange. It was with rice, which was written on the menu, but that wasn't what surprised us anymore, but that the cheese foam was like snot…Anyway, my friend wasn't feeling very well. But my chocolate cake and bubble tea were good👍 If you come here, choose wisely and state your order clearly. The choice is always yours.

A great tea room with a magical interior. Tea is 10/10, the order was received quickly, the waiters are friendly and very polite.
