I do not recommend this car service! I addressed a specific problem, but instead of a high-quality repair, I received only the money and time spent. The work was done negligently, the problem remained, and the staff did not even try to figure out the reason. Besides, the deadlines were constantly being shifted, and I had to remind myself. The attitude towards customers leaves much to be desired. If you want to save your nerves, choose another service!

I visited the salon today because of another maintenance. My manager, Mushvig Musaev, accompanied me. I liked everything. Honestly, I've been thinking about moving to another city lately, but after today's visit, I've changed my mind. And the manager himself knows his job very well and the employee who worked with the car. According to my comments, the car was checked, and Mushvig took the time to drive with me after that. In general, the issues were resolved. Respect to the salon for finally attracting competent and responsible specialists.

The service is good, you like it or already liked it, there are some bugs in the service... 1) Today I did the next one and the dealer on Montjaro, the service includes the reset of THAT, which is as much as 3 of our tenge. In theory, you take an outfit and you do what you didn't do. I left the service and after an hour I noticed that the inscription it's time for you to go nowhere. OK, I'll come by and see you. I think you'll fix it. But this time and the sediment remained, it remained about the quality of the services provided in general. 2) I really like monjaro, I get really high driving, but monjaro has a bug and it's a pump, the temperature is rising and the car screams for an immediate stop. We changed the pump under warranty, ok, that's good, but it hasn't been 10 minutes, and the problem hasn't disappeared, and the most unpleasant thing is that the service doesn't believe your photos and words, they say, there's no memory left, the diagnosis of problems has not been revealed. Hmm, that's weird, isn't it, gentlemen? 3) the warranty for the 60K pump seems cool, but not for the pump that was replaced. Here, too, the question is, why this? Every node and detail has its own resource, I agree. But why is the pump supplied under warranty included in the warranty mileage (60k) of the pump supplied with the machine? PS I think the lawyer is waiting for an interesting and vivid task according to the tasks set. If a part has a resource and it breaks without using its resource, does that mean something is wrong with it or how?

I contacted the official Geely service center for several warranty issues. The experience turned out to be extremely negative. There is a problem with the battery. Due to incorrect operation of the Intelligent Battery Sensor (IBS), the battery was undercharged and failed after two winters. After disconnecting the sensor, the problem disappeared, but after maintenance, it was reactivated and flashed into the on-board computer, and the battery began to discharge to a critical level (2.1V-2.4V). The dealer claims that this is "normal", ignoring the obvious defect. Whistling in the area of the water pump. At the first visits, the dealer recognized the problem and promised to replace the part under warranty. However, after the third visit, they said that there was no whistling and everything was in order. It seems that in this way they are trying to avoid warranty repairs. Condensation in the right taillight. The dealer refused to change the headlight, citing a "normal phenomenon," although the instructions for the car only talk about possible condensation in the front optics. They refused to explain why there was a problem with only one headlight. The impression of the service is a complete unwillingness to resolve warranty issues. If quality support is important to you, I recommend that you think carefully before contacting us.

I do not recommend the Geely car dealership! The service is simply terrible: the staff are incompetent, they are reluctant to answer questions, and it feels like they are not interested in the customer at all. Paperwork is a separate story, everything is long, with some incomprehensible delays. I came with a friend who bought a car at this salon, and was shocked by their unprofessional approach. They don't go to a meeting at all, any kind of treatment is as if you are doing them a favor. It feels like their main goal is just to "cram" the car in, and then at least the grass won't grow. They are not interested in service issues at all, they do not fulfill any warranty obligations normally. Cars also leave a lot to be desired. Before buying, they assure you that everything is perfect, but in fact the quality of assembly and materials is very mediocre. After a short time, problems begin to appear, and the service just shrugs or says that this is "not a warranty case." If you want to save your nerves and money, it's better to choose another company. Geely is a disappointment. 👎
