This was my first time at the hotel, and overall I liked everything. I had a couple of issues with the room, namely the limited number of power outlets and poor Wi-Fi. The food was good, and the entertainment staff was great, answering questions and actively encouraging people to participate in activities. I'd give the trip a 9 out of 10 overall. A big thank you to Alfia and Myuslya for playing tennis.
