After that, I turned to them for the replacement of the rear springs, for a car service - this is a test! Since I have a car with a complex, multi-link suspension and for a seemingly simple repair, it was necessary to completely remove the rear axle ... I don't understand how 5 stars are worth it? This is the worst service I've ever been to (and I've been to a lot of places). I fell for the reviews. In general, I addressed the problem - in rain or wet weather, the charge from the generator disappeared at the factory of the car. I sinned on the brushes, the master says the same thing, it looks like the brushes. He says I'll take off the generator and give it to my generator on the bulkhead, I say ok. How much money? He says I'll tell you after the defect. It rings and says the brush bearing and plastic sleeve need to be replaced. So much money, I say OK. As a result, I pick up the car after 2 days, there is no charge again. I come to the service station, I say what's up? Fix the problem. And he (their director of the campaign) says you needed to replace the brushes, we replaced them, the generator is fine, it's your wiring, but I'm not looking at the wiring, go to the electrician. I won't do anything, and I won't compensate you either. You can sue and do whatever you want. Although, as soon as I arrived, everyone was so kind, and as soon as I gave the money, I went into the woods right away. And do you know how much I paid to replace the brushes, bearing, and bushing? 205 rub (good brushes cost 4 rub, bearing 7-10p, bushing I don't know, maybe 5p). The price is a horse, and that's the attitude. And when I tried to solve the problem with him in a human way, he interrupted, answered the phone, even turned away and talked for 3 minutes with others and then laughed like what are you saying, ha ha ha. Words cannot convey it. When I left, I was talking about how you sleep at night, and he was like, wonderful. If you don't respect yourself, go there. I hope no one else goes through this. On Thursday, the other guys will look at my problem, and they will redo it *****. Then I will contact the consumer rights protection society, and I will sue it with a conclusion from another service station. Someone has to bring the scoundrel to justice.
