Employees walk as if they have personal optics. Even if that's the case, why open a point of sale and work with people if you simply can't serve a customer? I paid 5,000 tenge for a doctor's consultation — as a result, they wrote out a prescription, according to which, as it turned out, the diopters were incorrectly selected. I went around several opticians, showed them this recipe, and they just laughed everywhere.: They said it was impossible at all. I bought glasses -0.5, as in the recipe, but my eyesight remained as bad. The money is spent, but there is no result. I'm very disappointed.
