Good afternoon. We stayed at this hotel from October 20, 2025 to November 03, 2025, for two weeks. Half a year ago it was a troika and it was called Opia Boutigue Hotel 3*. Why there are four now is unclear... It takes 2.5 hours on average to get from the airport. The main reception, where the receptionist sits, is in building B. We were lucky - we were driven to this building. The hotel has two buildings: building A - where the restaurant is, building B - closer to the sea. We lived in building B. The rooms were good, the two of us were not crowded: a beautiful mural on the wall, one double and one single bed, a suitcase stand, a closet in the wall, there were enough hangers, there are shelves for clothes, a small refrigerator, a cupboard on the wall, a hinged shelf, a mirror above it, a TV seems 3 or 2 Russian channels, where ads are often sooooo long, can take 40 minutes to drag on, there are two plastic chairs and a table on the balcony, there is a clothes dryer. The bathroom is in worse condition than the room, but everything is more or less working, there was hot water at any time of the day. We have heard complaints from other campers about the smell of sewage in the room. We didn't have that. Cleaning is unobtrusive, we don't mess around, so it's not critical that the floors aren't cleaned every day. Wi-Fi at the hotel is paid. The biggest disadvantage of this hotel is dirty, poorly washed dishes. It's just tin, I've never seen anything like this before. The plates have to be chosen, they come across sticky food remnants, the glasses at the bartenders are cloudy, in a terrible raid, except for the restaurant bar - here the smart bartenders will ask, they will specify what to pour, the dishes are clean. And in the bar downstairs, at the basik, and especially on the beach, glasses are not washed, but simply rinsed under the tap. How they didn't get poisoned with such unsanitary conditions is a mystery))) . The food is normal, we had enough of everything. The hotel has no territory at all, a building, a swimming pool and immediately a fence. There is nothing to do with children in this hotel, there is nothing there for them, unless there is a paddling pool in the pool, and there is no playground or playroom. There is no animation either, from the word at all. During the two weeks of stay, there was one sluggish karaoke. Fse))) During our stay, there were many loud-mouthed Germans and equally noisy Turkish families. Judge for yourself... It takes 3-5 minutes to walk to the sea at a leisurely pace. The beach is relatively clean, despite the fact that I've never seen a beach boy clean up - he sits in the shade behind the bar from morning to evening and chats on the phone, right for days on end - where only words and interlocutors come from))). The owner of the hotel regularly takes her dog Opie for a walk on the beach, which many are touched by. But somehow I don't really like that Opie puts his paw in the air, but just does whatever he wants. It can also mark your sunbed/towel... The sea is good, there is a lagoon, if you go to another hotel a little to the right, you can go there without corals. We came in the morning, we always found sun beds. It's not very crowded by the pool either, it's at the one near the restaurant, in Building A. Building B also has a swimming pool and a bar, but there's no one there at all, just a dozing bartender)))
