If there is a casino in Belarus, then only Opera! There's no point in comparing them. I've been to all the casinos and Polukazino in Minsk - there's a huge gap between the Opera and other casinos. Starting with the scale and service, ending with the aesthetics and quality of the game. We came to this casino several times, stayed at the Beijing Hotel (only the best reviews) After each visit to the casino, they left reviews, brought souvenirs, and then... one day something went wrong - access was closed without explanation. Over the course of 2 years, we contacted several times, asked to solve the problem, wrote an official letter, and each time a manager with a smart face came out, recorded our phone number and said that we would definitely call you. One thing is understood. that behind the pompous politeness lies an absolute undisguised indifference and you are not being treated as a person who has a right to know:for what? Why such an attitude towards people, complete indifference, unwillingness to solve the problems of their clients and complete deception!!!! Total disappointment! The management does not even consider customer requests, and the managers are a complete fraud and no work.

They cheat you for money , they leave the machines with someone else 's money, then they take it from you . The main manager is not called, they just take the money from you and goodbye. We were regular customers of this casino. We booked a hotel room through the casino manager with a discount, and we were always very satisfied. Previously, airport transfers were provided. Then, the transfer was refused, they say, it is necessary to play for large sums. Okay, not the point. The last time, as always, we booked a room, we were confirmed several times that everything was in order. We bought plane tickets. 48 hours before departure, the casino manager informs us that the room was refused to us, allegedly the hotel took all the rooms previously booked by the casino, explaining that the hotel was fully loaded. I call the hotel and find out that there are rooms available, including the one that was intended for us! The reception informs that the hotel has nothing to do with it, that they have no right to cancel the reservation unilaterally. The casino informs them that they are very sorry and they also have nothing to do with it, they offer to find an apartment for rent! Of course, that's why we're flying to a five-star hotel! Or, play for an amount that suits the casino. Then there will be a number. Somehow ... in the end, we flew with a bad mood, but to another hotel, played at another casino, where no one set conditions. We were very satisfied with everything. Now, just there.

As a media photographer, videographer, producer and event organizer, I was looking forward to sharing this holiday with my friends. After all, the program included a musical show with Igor Nikolaev himself and, of course, gastronomic compliments. What actually happened? Igor Nikolaev's performance and other celebrations, for which we came, remained for us only a dream. They just wouldn't let us go to the second floor, where the main action was taking place! Three employees, like an impregnable fortress, kept saying one thing: "You don't have a table reservation, you won't pass!" We explained that we didn't need a table, we just wanted to dance and enjoy the festive atmosphere. But the answer was categorical: "No table, no aisle!". Treats and drinks, as it turned out, were also paid. Previously, I called the casino to clarify the information about the event. The nice girl on the phone didn't say a word about the need for a reservation, even though we didn't apply for a table! She just invited me to come over. As a result, after spending time and arriving with friends, among whom was the birthday girl (a friend's birthday was ruined!), we were forced to leave this "hospitable" institution. I'm just shocked by such an organization! I often attend various events, but this is the first time I've encountered something like this.

We stayed at the Beijing hotel solely because of the presence of a casino there, the hotel is good, but only negative impressions remained from the casino. The first thing you see when you enter the casino is the cute girls at the front desk, and that's where the cute ends. After going into the hall, no one greeted us, did not tell us what and how, we had to look for girls who work on slots ourselves to get answers to our questions. It seems that they are not interested in players at all, but only hoarding/ licking large wallets. It was smoky in the hall so that you didn't even have to light up, the vending machines were all dirty, in ashes and not only. I can say that I don't set foot there anymore, for comparison, the next day we went to Shangri La and this is heaven and earth, the feeling that you are a native there, the girls spent all over the hall, told everything, during the game they constantly approached and asked if we needed anything. I went to the Opera with my husband in early October. We stayed in Beijing, and from there we learned about the Opera on the ground floor. We didn't even expect such a service and interior! It is very spacious, the classic design in the form of a theater with beautiful chandeliers is very soothing and confirms the status! The cuisine is simply something stunning - we ate fish and seafood. Tom yam is straight into the heart - it is prepared according to some classic recipe - after that you understand what tom yam is) In general, when we arrive in Minsk, we'll go there right away, we were very lucky with the rooms, we need to book them in advance.
