But it turned out that the purchase was paid for and then they saw an advertisement about the discount on the stand, to which Elena blurted out, why didn't you warn about the discount yourself? The absurdity of the highest level ... the buyer himself must lead the sale-purchase process. Then she did not want to make a cancellation in order to re-punch it with a discount and did not even want to issue a discount card for the next purchase, she explained this by saying that: our purchase was for 700 rubles, 4 rolls of wallpaper alone and 2 rolls of wallpaper (of which there were 4 rolls left in the store for these items there was a discount because they are the last in the store) but your wallpaper is already at a discount and therefore you cannot participate in the discount program (there is no such reservation anywhere on the stand) Conclusion: avoid the store if the seller Elena is on shift, and I recommend that the management change the would-be sales consultant.
