The most unusual excursion in my life. They didn't come to pick us up. To be honest, it was not very pleasant to stand on the cold street (they promised to pick us up near the hotel, but for this we had to leave) at four in the morning for more than half an hour. At the time of booking, they promised a tour to Cairo with Russian tourists. The tour plan included lunch at a floating restaurant in Cairo. This was clarified several times. But in the end, everything went wrong. As it was in reality: we were met at the hotel on time, brought to the bus. The bus is dirty. I was hooked up with the Italians. I asked if I could get on alone, but the answer was that the whole bus would be packed. Yes, it was. The bus is old and dirty, the foot distance is small, and the bus is not suitable for a long journey. I have bad knees. There was a young guy sitting next to me. I think, well, OK. But like all men, he sits with his legs apart and leads them to the next seat. It's just a kick-ass. I couldn't close my legs because there wasn't enough space, and I kept my legs in the frame of the chair on both sides. All night I had to resist the attacks of the Italian on my space))) his seat is not enough for him, and he needs to spread his legs to me. More than 7 hours of travel with almost no sleep due to this struggle for a place. Igog: in the morning, sore knees, pain, inability to move. In the morning, they started selling additional services in the form of a trip along the Nile and riding on camels or a chariot. We took it, but many did not take it and they were constantly attacked with questions, really pressed... Then we listened to the reviews, as the tourists complained.. A trip down the Nile is not about anything at all... Dirty river, dirty city. There's nothing to see. 30 minutes of the trip was wasted. I liked the new museum, but everything was very fast, the guide was in a hurry, we studied the exhibits on our own in our free time, but not all of them have signatures in Russian and it was hard to look at them, so they flew by quickly, because then you have to come to the locations where you have to give the loot: the museum of oils, dietary supplements and papyrus. We spent a lot of time there, but we were in a hurry at all locations.. Very unpleasant... The Russians did well, they didn't waste time on it, but other citizens stayed there and didn't rush any of them... they came to eat and it was just a kick... A diner with dirty dishes. We brought a bunch of tourists from different groups to one place. My brother waited half an hour for the soup dishes. Indignantly, they barely gave it to him. The food leaves much to be desired... We wrote to the operator that a floating restaurant had been promised. We have not received a response. The operator stopped contacting after that. Then the pyramids. They promised super photos in the best locations, so you need to take an additional camel ride or a coliseum. Yes, maybe the location is normal, but we were photographed once on camels and that's it. No photographers were found at the pyramids. Our "typical guide" left with several young ladies and was with them alone for the rest of the trip. He even got off the bus at their hotel without saying goodbye. He clearly had a crush on them and wanted the banquet to continue... Others didn't take a picture of us. Left without Instagram photos. The locals asked for money for everything... . We rode back in the same bus. I forgot to mention that one of the round-trip stops was at a paid restaurant for 30 minutes. The toilet is for a fee only. The tourists' indignation was not perceived. They started being rude to the outrage, yelling at the whole bus. It was very unpleasant. We left for the return trip later than promised. On the way, they offered to buy McDonald's and again they sold something. My journey back was even more deplorable than my journey there. The Italian's mother became my neighbor, and she was snoring and wanted to sit on a chair with her feet, so she pushed my ass and tried to sit on my seat with her. By the end of the trip, my knees had given out altogether. It was bad before the end of the vacation and on the flight home. My conclusion: I do not recommend the operator. It is precisely because of the deception in the description of the tour, in ignoring requests, in the poor attitude of the guides, the imposition of additional services, and the rude attitude. After paying for your services, they are no longer interested in you. I realized for myself that it is necessary to take an individual tour
