We stayed at this hotel in July 2025. The travel agency Grand Express Travel, which met us at the airport, immediately spoiled our first impression-very inhospitable Slavic-looking women. It took two hours to drive from the airport to the hotel, and our hotel was the last one. We were checked in and immediately directed to a 24-hour breakfast bar. The territory of the hotel is quite large, green, well maintained. The beach is sandy with convenient access to the sea, there are few people, at any time you can find a free sunbed. The hotel itself is new: new furniture, new equipment… But the bed linen and towels leave much to be desired: torn and stained. The room cleaning was mediocre: the cleaner came only to make the bed, but the linen was changed once a week, and all this despite the fact that we left tips. Standard room: safe, air conditioning, mini-bar (refilled only upon arrival)… There was always an empty table in the restaurant, and there were no queues for food. The food is quite diverse. Standard breakfasts include scrambled eggs, yoghurts, pastries, cheese, sausage, porridge, muesli, and fresh juices. For lunch, there were always two types of soup to choose from, salads, appetizers, chicken and fish in different variations. Dinner is themed every day. For example, there was an evening of Tunisian cuisine, where couscous, tajine, etc. were served, an evening of Italian cuisine with pizza and pasta, a fish dinner with seafood ... There were always a lot of vegetables and fruits. Drinks were taken for breakfast on their own, and waiters served for lunch and dinner. Water was always freely available, you could ask for a bottle in any bar. The staff is very friendly, everyone is always smiling. There are two A la carte restaurants: Brazilian and Italian, from which you can choose to visit one. We went to the Brazilian one and we didn't like it: it offered 6 types of overcooked meat that couldn't be chewed. Beach towels are provided with a deposit of 20 dinars: payment is made at the reception, there we also receive a card with which we approach the window near the express bar and receive towels. The sea is clean, transparent, there are many fish near the shore. At the end of the rest, jellyfish swam, but there were few of them and they did not mar our rest. In general, I recommend the hotel.

We had a rest at 11-25. We took the breakfast/dinner meal system. We lived in a room on the 1st floor with a terrace and private access to a small pool, the room is located so that the sun is never there. The food is varied, I personally did not have enough porridge for breakfast, there were breakfast cereals, a variety of pastries, cheeses, sausages, omelets, eggs, vegetables and more, coffee from a coffee machine, freshly squeezed juices. For dinner, there were a large number of appetizers, side dishes (couscous, rice, noodles, pasta, potatoes), meat and fish of several kinds every day, shrimp, mussels, sweets. Everything is very tasty. The territory of the hotel is not large, but neat, clean, and full of flowers. The beach was cleaned every day, there are sun beds, tables and umbrellas. Thanks to the whole team: the managers, the guys at the reception, the cooks, the waiters, the cleaners and the gardeners for their wonderful work and our carefree vacation.

The hotel is great! This is my first hotel I've visited with Ultra All inclusive meals, and I'm very satisfied! I can recommend it))) We called this beach the "African Maldives" for the fine clean sand and excellent sea, although upon arrival it turned out that the sand was not completely clean and periodically algae and some debris from the sea washed ashore, and the sea becomes very cloudy in a light storm. But when the sea is calm, the water is quite clear, although it's still not perfect – you can see no further than 10-15 meters in the mask. The territory of the hotel is quite clean. There are local seals who have zones of influence and walks divided among themselves. Beach towels are provided with a deposit of 20 euros. There are a lot of Germans and noisy Italians, other nationalities are different, there are Poles, there are our compatriots. The atmosphere is friendly or neutral between the guests, I have not encountered any conflicts. Russian Russian songs, but when it came to the Russian song, she didn't even play one verse, he turned on another song, he didn't hear any more Russian songs, and several Polish songs were at the evening party. at the bar next to the sea, well, it's clear that there are a lot of Italian and French songs. Regarding the food, it is worth noting that there is always something to choose, but although lunch and dinner vary slightly from day to day, and breakfast does not change in content, it is still worth noting some monotony of food. Beef for lunch and dinner was almost always quite tasty, there were pizzas too, salads and desserts, fruits – there is a lot to choose from. Positive: - Excellent cakes for lunch and dinner! - Great pizzas! - The staff is friendly. - Professional waiters. - Beef is usually delicious and soft. - There are always a lot of free sun beds, the territory is controlled by three employees by the sea and there are no strangers here. Minuses: - Don't go to the local spa (thalassotherapy)! It doesn't work at all, at a price of 8 thousand rubles for 1:50-2 hours, they perform spa treatments for 1:30, the massage is terrible, their chief physician understands Russian very poorly, the level of this spa is below the baseboard! My girlfriend went there and this is her assessment, although she has visited various spas in Egypt, Turkey and Thailand, and of course in Russia. I STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SPA CENTER!!! - Mediocre room cleaning: several rooms are washed with one bucket of water, they do not use a vacuum cleaner, there was a lot of sand all over the room after cleaning, and even pieces of nails were found by our unclean neighbors, who cut their nails right on the floor. I left a tip once, and the cleaner started cleaning better the next couple of days. The bed linen was changed once in 10 days and then at my request. There is a fungus under the air conditioner unit and a spider web above the trash can. - Dishes are not always clean: personally, I have come across plates with remnants of fat on the edges and glasses with traces of smeared traces of fat (not often, but more than once). - Freshly squeezed juice is prepared in advance and poured from a basin on the floor (it could be heard being poured into a jug), for the last four days there has been no fresh juice from oranges at all. - There is simply no milk at breakfast: no taste, no smell, no density, as if it were strongly diluted with water. There is no separate milk in the package, in coffee machines, of course, milk is obtained from powder. - The coffee is inexpensive, with an admixture of robusta, I didn't like it at all, but still it's not exactly terrible, you can drink it. - There are almost no fish (the one that is looks unappetizing), there is no red fish at all. - Watermelons are normal, but melons are almost odorless and tasteless. - There is a sharp smell of air freshener near the reception, in the toilet next to the restaurant there is a smell of mothballs, or at least the smell strongly resembles it. - A small selection of cocktails in bars, photos are attached. - The beer is only light, there is no other, but the truth is that the beer is quite normal, pleasant, not harsh, but quite "weak in speed." - There are only three types of wine: pink and red wines have no content - the taste is mediocre, the smell is weak, the aftertaste is strange, white wine is more or less normal. Ice is frozen directly from tap water, it smells accordingly, and when added to wine, it spoils the smell. - There is no tea or coffee at lunch and dinner in the restaurant, although there are sweets. - Cocktails are served at the bar next to the beach after 12:00, and some ingredients are already running out by 16:00. - The A La Carte Italian restaurant is so–so, I personally did not like it – the long wait for the dishes, the waiter was fussy, the price tag for the wines was simply cosmic - from 1800 rubles (only I still did not understand for a glass or a bottle, most likely for a bottle, I attach a photo with wine prices), the wines that are served in hotel bars here also seem to be poured for free (if I'm not mistaken, I didn't order it myself, I saw others ordering it, but other hotel guests also ordered paid wines). We did not go to the Brazilian restaurant – there is only meat there, and even after the Italian, the desire was completely discouraged, especially since they are located in the same room, just conditionally divided into two zones.
