If I could, I would have left a negative rating. We ordered a bathtub, and they brought it with a crack, which they noticed only when installing the bathtub, as it was hidden under the film, which they told us not to remove before installation. The store refused to help in any way, referring to the fact that this was a mechanical damage, although they themselves admitted that they had not yet seen such cracks (a reasonable question is, how did they realize then that the damage was mechanical?) All their words that they would do everything to take our side turned out to be empty words, they had no expertise They didn't do it. The service is disgusting, the customer orientation is zero, I strongly do not recommend it.
