The staff was disgusting, they carried the salt for 30 minutes, asked for it 3 times, and brought it in a box with them. There are no questions about hookah bars, the waiters and the receptionist work disgustingly, they forget orders, make cocktails for 40 minutes at a time, I haven't seen such bad establishments in Almaty for a very long time, I don't recommend it. The food is good, solid 4. Check the bill, they cheat, they break through extra positions. It's been a long time since I've been so depressed after visiting an institution. I don't recommend it, there are a lot of other great places in Almaty. We went there because of the high rating and good reviews, especially on other maps, I'm sure the reviews are great, be careful and don't repeat our mistakes.
