It's a very nice place. I was passing through the city and stopped by a couple of times for breakfast. It is very pleasant to sit and drink tea, the prices are low. Only if you come in the evening or in the morning, look at the freshness of some items, because every time you came across cold scrambled eggs, although you came right at the opening, but otherwise the place is very good!

The cafe in the very center of Kostanay was recommended by the owner of the rented apartment. A huge selection of dishes, both national and European cuisine. My eyes are just running away!! Very tasty. And inexpensive. We've been in several times. Every time we left with our bellies full!!! It works until night. And there are always a lot of people here.
