The hotel is newly renovated, everything is clean and tidy. In 5 minutes, Landa beach is no worse (I even liked it more) than Nissi beach (where there is not a crowd), the same white sand and clear water. A large territory of its own (for Cyprus) - a lot of pools and greenery. There is a bar in the middle where they pour :) The food is good (not great, but quite). In general, by and large, everything is fine, even excellent (and minor flaws - where there are none).

Excellent territory, good rooms. The alcohol in the bars is terrible, the main restaurant has decent dry white wine, which is all inclusive. They say that in Cyprus, alcohol is the same everywhere in hotels. The buffet is not huge, but the choice is good. Decent desserts.
