It's cool that this quest network, and I'm not familiar with others, has a large selection, as they say, for every taste and color, if you want to work with actors, you want to be your own company. I advise you, definitely yes, it will suit you just to have a great time, as well as to spend your birthday or any other event.

In short, they ruined the child's birthday. If the children seemed to like the quest itself, then the level of service is just the deepest bottom. When booking, the manager did not say anything on the phone either about the number of people in the playroom, where the second part of the holiday was, or about the fact that adults would not be allowed to prepare the table (although it was free there!!!!!). He says we'll let you in 10 minutes before the end of the quest. In the meantime, sit in the hallway - I have never seen such a disrespectful attitude towards guests. Further - more. One of the managers (in general, no one introduced themselves to who they were), right when the table was set and all the guests were sitting, began discussing the surcharge for two people, standing in the middle of the room. Then it turns out that the table and chairs could be reached - everyone was lifted up and started doing it. It's just a shock The mood was so spoiled that it was already bitter. I don't recommend it. Absolutely unprofessional staff, absolute zero work on the loyalty and comfort of the guests.

You should be prepared for administrators' attempts to include extra services in your bill. We went to celebrate the children's holiday - the children went on a quest, the adults waited in the playroom and set the festive table. As it turned out, the cost of renting a room of 90 rubles / hour includes a stay of up to 9 people. For each next one, you need to pay an additional 10 rubles every hour. Thus, if there were 7 guests of children and 6 parents, renting a room costs 140 rubles / hour (although the room is less than 10 squares and it is physically difficult for everyone to be there at the same time). The administrator also tried to count 140 rubles each for an hour, when all the children and some parents were on the quest. In summary, the quest is average, and the administrators are not very pleasant

The room is located in the basement, at the entrance you feel like in a sauna, ventilation does not work. Administrators are unfriendly, do not know how to talk to children, explain the rules very quickly and indistinctly. One cost is announced over the phone, but in the end it turns out to be almost 2 times more expensive. I would not recommend such a place to my friends!
