Fortunately or unfortunately, it was not possible to check into this hotel at the time of arrival. And it was 03/9/26, we arrived at the hotel, there was no one there, later the owner probably came to us, informed us that the hotel was under repair (there was no water, repairs were underway, and so on)... But he offered us a room in another Aspar hotel on improved terms with a Jacuzzi, an additional fee of 1 thousand rubles. There were no options, so we agreed. It's not far from the old one, we checked in, the room is generally not bad, but the Jacuzzi is one name) you can't sit there together + the Jacuzzi is leaking. Anyway, thanks for the responsiveness of the staff, but I took off 2 stars for not checking into the right hotel and the Jacuzzi in the second one is leaking...

Clean, cozy, quiet and spacious. Everything you need to relax after city tours. View from the window to the golden trees, it's November now. It's not bad on the map, you can walk to the Church of St. Gregory the Illuminator, then through the Yerevan History Museum, then the Only functioning Blue Mosque, then the old town of Kond and towards the Cascade. Three or four hours and return via Buzanda pedestrian street, where there is another museum of Armenia. On the way, you can try the local cuisine. Have tea or coffee in the room, whatever you buy yourself. A Yandex taxi to the airport shows the cost of 1500-1700 AMD.

Thank you so much for the very Warm, pleasant and hospitable welcome! The hotel is located in a sooooo convenient location, in the center, within walking distance to the sights, to the Vernissage market (Saturday and Sunday, I was lucky enough to personally enjoy the beauty of handmade work and hospitality - I was treated to national dishes and drinks, it was December 28, 2024) In the very Territory, groups of groups celebrated Together and sang songs in different Languages! And I was also very lucky to meet the writer of the Defender of the Flop and Fauna, I attach a photo)
