We bought a set of 25 tulips with a care package for 135 rubles. When we were almost home, we noticed that there were 24 tulips in the bouquet instead of the stated 25. At the same time, some tulips managed to open noticeably in just 15 minutes on the road. We returned to the store so that we could just add the missing flower and fix the situation properly. But it only got worse in the end. The employee was looking for tulips and brought flowers that turned out to be much shorter than the others — so much so that they did not even reach the water. A second employee joined the search, but they did not find the right colors. When the first girl said that these tulips did not reach the water, the second replied: "the same ones have grown, and these will grow," after which she simply put down two tulips as an apology. As a result, they turned out to be a different color and a different length, and now the bouquet looks frankly bad — as if our 24 tulips were simply added to what was at hand, just to close the issue. We returned to the store with the expectation that the mistake would be carefully corrected. But in fact, the bouquet began to look only worse than it originally did.
