07.07.25 my husband and I ordered sushi at Okazaki (order No. 318102 for the amount of 14,500 tenge, delivery to Aksai-5, 25, issued at 20:35). Within a few hours after eating, I began to have severe signs of poisoning: nausea, vomiting, weakness, fever. It was the first poisoning in my life. My condition was extremely difficult: I couldn't even drink water for a day, everything came back out, the temperature was 39, wild convulsions, loss of consciousness, dehydration , I didn't eat at all for three days , only the intervention of doctors and an IV helped, otherwise the body simply couldn't cope. My husband was a little more lucky, he had a milder form, but also malaise and diarrhea. The administration first got in touch, promised to look into it, said that if the fault was confirmed, they would cover medical expenses. I handed over the receipt, all the data (the number ends with 7224). But tomorrow it will be a week, they stopped responding, no one told me at what stage my case was, they just ignored it. This is absolutely unacceptable. People trust you with their health, and in return they get dangerous food and silence. I don't recommend it. I hope that this situation will still be taken seriously, so far the impression is catastrophic.
