I've been there twice. The first time they ordered a shurpa and a friend found a hair in it and made a verbal remark. The second time we ordered fried lagman, it also had a hair in it. Shish kebab is not a word at all. The waitress in one of the gatherings behaved shamelessly. We asked her a question in Russian, and she answered in Kazakh. Although she spoke excellent Russian before that. It just sucks to feel sorry for the owner who spoils such people 's wages 🙈🙈🙈
