And that's why, because the employee verbally told us what to provide and what to write, and even with such a dissatisfied tone, as if we ourselves should know how and what to do. He did not provide either a sample or a written list. As people who don't work with documents every day, we don't have to know what certain papers should look like and what they should contain. And when I arrived around 11 o'clock with a redone statement, I was presented with "where have you been before?". But the statement was eventually accepted. It would be correct to make a stand / folder with sample documents, or prescribed instructions for these documents, which can be recorded by means of photography for further actions with these documents in order to assemble the necessary package of documents the first time and not waste additional resources in the form of fuel and time at least. The only advantage is that the queue is not so large and moves relatively quickly.
