The representative of the tour operator at the hotel (guide) is Elman. The meeting with him took place the day after check-in, they wanted to go on excursions and contacted Elman accordingly. To say that he deceived us is an understatement. Of course, he began to recommend his excursions to us, such as yachting and hot air balloon rides in Pamukala. He didn't listen to our wishes at all, and in the end we asked for a paragliding flight ourselves, and he sold us the tour for $336 per person. When we arrived for the tour, we asked others who had been paragliding from the tour operator Coral Trevel and they paid $275 per person. We also asked the tour organizers themselves, they said that the cost of a paragliding flight is $ 275. As a result, they overpaid 120 dollars for two. We arrived from the tour and met with Elman at the hotel, he said he would give us a $100 discount on the next tour. Then the next day he already started dodging, allegedly only for yachting he can make a $ 47 discount for two and still does not take the tube. It's not the first year we've been vacationing with Coral Trevel, but this is the first time we've encountered such arrogance. We ask the management to take measures, otherwise it really spoils the opinion of the tour operator, I don't want to contact anyone else and advise someone. On the contrary, just avoid it.
