A roadside cafe with an average grade kitchen. If you have pilaf, shurpa, dumplings, rice and carrot salad, compote. Of all the above, only the children liked the dumplings, everything else is so-so. The tables are sticky, napkins on the table, one piece per table. In general, if you're really hungry, then stop by, and if it's still bearable, then drive on.
