I gave my glasses for repair, for some reason they replaced the original chrome ears with plastic ones and did it over a long period of time, arguing that "these are even better" if you ask them to pick up the right frame or lenses for you, then be sure they will pick up anything for you except what you need and spend three times more time than you have if you value your time, then I highly do not recommend it, they will definitely find a reason and excuse to stretch the process.
