Сравнивая с другими общежитиями,хочу сказать, что жить ,в принципе, можно. В последнее время контингент все хуже и хуже,и частые гости здесь сотрудники полиции,пожарная,скорая помощь......

Дом хороший,жильцы правда не все такие.но всё же хороших людей больше я думаю,чем плохих....хотя много ли надо чтоб испортить впечатление.

Неплохая общага. Есть вахтер. Нормальный лифт, соседи не шумные. Одекватные цены на комнаты.
