We had a rest at the Oasis from 09/28/2025 to 10/08/2025 with my husband and 11-year-old daughter. Lovely guest house! As lovers of a relaxing holiday, silence and maximum proximity to the sea were important to us. Oasis fully met our expectations. The sea is behind the gate, in the mornings, while my friends were rescued, I went ashore to drink coffee. Just me and the sea. Since we were at the end of the season, we were lucky, our house was the only one occupied. The owner allowed both early check-in and late check-out, for which I would like to thank him. The kitchen is perfectly equipped with everything necessary for cooking. The house itself has a small refrigerator, kettle, TV, air conditioning, and all amenities. There were no hot water interruptions.. The bed and sofa are comfortable, it's a pleasure to sleep. Nearby, two steps away, there is a cafe on the beach, very decent and delicious. A 10-minute leisurely walk will take you to the railway station, a grocery store, several cafes, a grooming shop, and a pharmacy. There is absolutely everything you need. My compliments to the host and wishes for prosperity.

New cabins with air conditioning, wi-fi, fresh linen, refrigerator, smart TV. Friendly hosts, ready to help with the arrangement, are always in touch. There is a summer kitchen with a stove, barbecue area, internal parking. To the beach 2 min. through the courtyard. 5-10 min. good inexpensive canteens, shops with basic necessities, vegetables, fruits, berries, beach, pharmacy. A half-hour walk to the market (10 minutes by car), where you can buy everything, including chilled meat. We rested for 10 days (end of June-beginning of July) with children aged 2.5 and 7 years. The beach was half empty. You can rent a boat, a catamaran, yachts regularly come up with offers of excursions towards Sukhum, quad bikes with dragon bananas. One of the objective disadvantages is that there is a cafe next door, loud music was playing one evening, but it was not critical for us. There is also a railway nearby, but trains rarely run during the day. P.S. There were flies if you didn't close the door, but we caught them in the evening with a baby net, and a mosquito repellent saved them from mosquitoes.

We had a vacation in July 2025. Everything was very pleasant, the house was cleaned, the bed linen was clean. There is everything you need in the house (air conditioning, kettle, refrigerator, 3 towels per guest, cutlery, etc.). There is a kitchen separate from the houses (there are no smells of food), there is also a barbecue area with a large barbecue and tables outside. The sea is 2 minutes away. There is also a swimming pool in the courtyard of the house. Thanks to the host Edgar for the hospitality and homemade wine
