It's a surprisingly pleasant place. The view from the window is super on the botanical garden. The room is clean, the bed is soft. They brought a hair dryer and powder at the first request. There are cafes, restaurants, canteen

We stayed at the hotel on June 12-15, 2025. I really liked the size of the room, the stunning view of the Botanical Garden, the large comfortable double bed, the huge modern TV with high-quality video and good sound, and the almost central location of the building itself. Separately, I would like to note that the hotel administrators met us halfway and checked us in an hour earlier, which was very useful on the day of arrival. In addition, the staff of the apart-hotel was always polite and friendly, responding to various requests. Many thanks to the Oasis apart-hotel for the hospitality, comfort and comfortable accommodation!

Nice comfortable rooms, just right for business trips - modest, has everything you need, practically in the center and a beautiful view of the garden (I had it anyway). Microminus is an ill-conceived system with an elevator and cards - you have to attach a card and press the floor programmed in it. Perhaps there is an option to immediately sew the floor into the map so that when reading, the elevator immediately understands the floor.
