The room lacked a heated towel rail (we found ourselves in Batumi in a heavy downpour, it was difficult to dry shoes and things) and light (there is no overhead light at all in the bedroom). Cleaning is daily. The breakfasts were modest, the choice was small, for example, there was no porridge at all, it was not critical for us, the hungry did not leave. The reception is very helpful, we checked in earlier at no extra charge.

I was at the O.Galogre Hotel in Batumi last month from April 7 to April 24, 2025 with my mother. I liked the location the most - the hotel is located right in the old town, you can walk nearby, see the sights and admire the beautiful architecture. The room was superior - in a new building, the room quality is very good - large, spacious. But most of all, I was pleased with the view from the balcony. By the way, the room had two balconies, and one of them was a huge one with a view of the church. I also had some kind of feeling of joy and peace, I didn't even worry about anything, although the purpose of my trip to Georgia was to open an individual entrepreneur and a bank account. The atmosphere and vibe were very good. Two large comfortable beds in the room, air conditioning, bathroom, kettle, table. The staff was very pleased, everyone is friendly and treats tourists very well, I even saw that someone organized a wedding at the hotel. When it was necessary to extend the room, they helped us and left the same room, we really liked it) The price is generally top for such a cool hotel! The Wi-Fi is very fast, it worked without interruptions, very rarely seen this in any other hotel. The trip experience is incredible) We will definitely return to the hotel more than once)

We had a rest with my husband from 08/09/25 to 08/22/25. we chose the hotel already knowing the location and realizing that this is the center of tourist life. The windows and balcony overlooked the courtyard, plus the mountains were visible. Third floor . The elevator was working properly. The hotel is beautiful, clean, the staff is pleasant, friendly and unobtrusive. Great guys at the reception, they know Russian, English too. Who writes here that they didn't change the linen and didn't clean it?! I was outraged when I was there, reading the reviews. They cleaned every day, put 2 bottles of water, towels were changed daily, the ashtray on the balcony was also made, the bed was made. The linen was changed 2 times in 10 days. Breakfast items. Yes, without frills, but we didn't exactly starve, but I think we overeated)))) Porridges, pancakes with chicken, ham, sausages, vegetables (cucumbers, tomatoes, salads, herbs, olives), cottage cheese, cereals, yoghurts, fruits, pastries. Coffee, tea, juices, cream, toast, jam, honey. Who doesn't have enough of this?! Do you spread caviar on pork at home in the morning? The breakfast view from the terrace is gorgeous, overlooking the city, the sea and the mountains. The hotel is located in the Piazza. Yes, music every day until 11 p.m. But then there was entertainment, dancing, restaurants, shops all at once! Awesome That's exactly what we wanted. Lemon Cafe is around the corner, love in general. There is also a convenience store and pharmacies. The main thing is to find the right way to the beach and walk for 7-10 minutes. We walked in half circles, it was our own fault, we didn't immediately figure out how to walk properly. The beach is right in the most beautiful part of the embankment. Alphabet Tower, lighthouse, Ferris wheel, Nino and Ali, port. Well, the very heart of Batumi (as for me)! In general, we are conquered, we will come back, I really hope. Thanks to the hotel and all the staff, thanks to beloved Georgia and Batumi.
