We had a good rest this summer, we were accommodated in the hotel in summer rooms, a detached house. Everything you need is available, clean, cozy … Eating 3 meals a day is honestly disgusting … But there's a cafe nearby, and we ate there. But the hotel itself is in a good location, the lake, the bazaar, the shops are all nearby. The staff is good , but there was a lot of workload and problems .

The Nursat Hotel is positioned as a sanatorium, offers a small range of physio procedures.The rooms are spacious, there is a seating area and a sleeping place.The room has a bathroom.Despite the fact that the year of construction of the hotel is 2021, cosmetic repairs are already required: the wallpaper has come off in some places, the door lock needs repair.The hotel staff does not have badges.Therefore, it is not clear who is the administrator, who is the cleaner, who is the nurse, who is the waiter.During the conversation with the therapist, there was an outsider in the office, she may belong to the administration, but this does not give her the right to be present during the conversation with the doctor.In the physio room, the employee, again without a badge, which does not even make it possible to understand whether she has a medical education, allows herself to discuss the doctor's recommendations.When visiting the spa area, the employee or instructor also does not have a badge.The most negative impression was left by the DINING ROOM, with a loud Restaurant name.The attitude of the staff is dismissive-not happy.The staff arrives almost 15 minutes before breakfast, so they do not have time to make cuts.Breakfast is served buffet style, but the area is very small, which creates pandemonium.Also, endlessly running out of cheese, butter, sausage, bread, egg frosting, create discomfort.Lunch and dinner are served in portions.Everything is cooked terribly not tasty!

The Nursat Hotel has literate, intelligent people with education working in the office. And at the hotel, people recruited from the street are sitting at the reception, who respect people with money. And people with disabilities are treated selectively, and especially men are treated well. I came on a package trip. The ticket cost 310000 tenge. For this money, you can relax abroad. I was put in the smallest room with my 80-year-old grandmother, who had insomnia and incessant diarrhea for 8 days. I was afraid I was going to get sick too. I took measures and was relocated the very next day. But they pretty much shook my nerves, they probably wanted more money, but for themselves. Having said that they have nothing in their pocket from my ticket. If only the owner knew what was going on in his hotel. There were a lot of dissatisfied people. They were poorly fed and they save money on it. It's too bad that there is no connection with the director. It is necessary to carry out regular inspections there. People change there every year and everyone tries to fill their pockets. But I found a way to deal with them. Let's see what happens next.

We were there for the March weekend. We had a family room on the 1st floor, which includes breakfast and access to the pool for 2 hours each. Positive: they are well fed, tasty, satisfying, the pool and Jacuzzi are warm, the water is clean👌🏽 Cons: the room is cold, it has never been cleaned in two days, the room rate is too high. We lived in a double room for a week, meals were included in the price. Two stars is just for the food. The rooms are not cleaned, there is no dryer, there is no hair dryer. We also came across a leaky mattress with springs popping out. I don't know about the other rooms, but we were unlucky!
