Hello, I was repairing a Bosch 2-28 dfr rotary hammer, after the diagnosis, the price was announced in other workshops almost like for a new one, I was fooled, and I accidentally came to your workshop. Master Stanislav came into my position and disassembled the puncher in front of me, after which, with the words "rest for 15 minutes and come back," I was surprised. When I returned, the drill was repaired! For reasonable money, unlike other "pros"!! So now I've finally found a one-stop service, with incredible repair speed. Many thanks to Master Stanislav for his responsiveness and quality of repairs. I checked the hammer, it works perfectly! I am surprised that they did not refuse, as they did in other workshops! And one even said throw it away and buy a new one! Thank you to your organization for being there! The best!!!

Hello. I contacted this service regarding urgent repairs. I am very pleased with the result of the work! however, one moment raised a question, when communicating with the manager on the selection of spare parts and repair in general, I was sent immediately to the master, who was busy with the work of another client, but without question put aside the tool and helped me pick up a spare part and did everything in the best possible way as required from the service of this level, not quite the meaning of the initial communication with the manager is clear if I get advice from the master anyway. It was a very awkward moment, I had to get in with my questions because it was clear that the master was busy. I would like the manager to understand a little what they are working with in order to get advice faster, and not just work as an "arrow". I wish you growth and development.
