I was in this salon for the first time and was completely delighted with the very cozy atmosphere, everything is clean and beautiful. I would like to mention the administrator separately — an incredibly polite, attentive and pleasant girl. You feel taken care of from the doorway: they offered you coffee, explained everything in detail, and helped you choose a service. The master also coped 100%, the result exceeded expectations. I will definitely come back and recommend it to my friends!

I had a manicure on January 12th. The work was of poor quality (detachments the next day, crooked shape). I was quickly contacted and offered to fix the situation somehow. We agreed that on January 15th I would come to another master for the removal of the coating . Master Irina fixed the situation, did everything carefully, I really liked it. They returned the money for the poorly rendered service last time and apologized. Thanks to the administrator for solving the situation without swearing.
