I had a wonderful dinner at Novikov Café Dubai, and it was truly a highlight of my trip. First of all, the location is perfection — sitting on the terrace with a direct view of the Dubai Fountain and Burj Khalifa is absolutely magical. But what made the experience truly special was the service. I would like to specifically thank my waiters Kiran and Bek. They were incredibly attentive, professional, and genuinely kind. They made me feel welcome and took great care of me throughout the evening. The food was delicious, the atmosphere was vibrant yet relaxing, and the whole evening felt like a 5-star experience from start to finish. Thank you to the chef and the entire team. I will definitely come back on my next visit to Dubai and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a memorable night out

We were on the terrace today, from 17 to 19. Everything is just fine. We have no problems with the language, but we were pleasantly surprised by the Russian-speaking staff and the menu in Russian (although we pre-ordered). There were 5 people, we had a main course, 3 desserts, 2 snacks, Drinks. The view is magnificent, the fountains were looked at twice. The service is excellent. The portions are huge. We barely finished eating and barely crawled out. The children took pasta (different), we took a fish platter for two, salmon, shrimp, squid. Desserts include chocolate fondue, cheesecake, creme brulee. Everything is fresh and cooked perfectly. A large bread basket with butter and a snack was brought as a compliment. We paid 4 times less than the day before yesterday at the At.Mosphere restaurant (it has its own vibe, but collectively, Novikov is better).
