We celebrated a New Year's corporate party. We were in this place for the first time . We were delighted with everything: the interior, comfort, aesthetics, clean, modern design, interesting serving of dishes, variety in the menu for vegans, lovers of homemade or gourmet food, and most importantly: DELICIOUS! Attentive, tactful administrator. The man is in his place! Cultured, polite, friendly waiters and a talented chef. A master of his craft. Presenter Alexey and DJ Svetlana made the evening fun, exciting and unforgettable! Gifts from the institution are generally an unexpected and pleasant surprise! Everything is so beautifully and aesthetically packaged. They have everything with their soul! In the bathroom, everything is thought out to the smallest detail for the convenience of visitors, especially for girls). All the guests were satisfied! I liked all the dishes, but I especially remember the crispy eggplant salad, Alfredo chicken fillet, various appetizers and hot beef, Roast beef and more. We 'll come here more often now .😉

But when the same cocktail is brought a second time, and it looks like "it will do" without the decor that was 15 minutes ago, this is already the level of a roadside cafe, not a good bar. When you pay for a level, you want to see it in everything, not just in the walls. The staff should definitely work on their attentiveness. 👎

We are very grateful to the management of NOVA bar for organizing the celebration! As we were told , they do not make blanks , everything is made immediately to order . So the question for the visitors is, do you want a quick and fresh meal? It doesn't happen that way! Unfortunately, no one informed us about this in advance. The long wait is especially strange, considering that there were empty tables and incomplete boarding. When booking, we were informed that the dishes were prepared in turn, however, as a result, the tables that arrived half an hour later and placed an order on the spot received their dishes faster. Overall, the food turned out to be good, but such a long wait completely ruined the mood and desire to return to this institution. The waiters are good guys, there are no complaints about them. Oh yes, be prepared that you may run out of iron forks and instead you will be offered plastic ones. It's unreasonably expensive for such a pastime.

Milk cocktail. The waiter comes over and asks if I should add syrup. My daughter asks, which ones are there? Answer: different, watermelon, strawberry. Hmm, my daughter went to the bar to look at the "different" syrups. I chose a cherry. The administrator is the only adequate person on the staff. But, unfortunately, she alone will not make a face for this institution. Beautiful, yes. Delicious, yes. Maintenance is at zero. The waiters' competence is zero. This is my last trip here. And I don't recommend it to anyone.

And there are only one conclusions about the atmosphere and staff, in order for you to be treated well, you need to be some kind of acquaintance or blogger.
