There were problems with the water, there wasn't really any hot water, they reduced the temperature in extreme heat. The windows in the junior suite faced a busy road, and it was impossible to sleep at night, firstly because of the heat, secondly, noise from the street, traffic from the road, and a gathering of young people in a cafe nearby. Well, the "charms" of proximity next to the railway in the form of the noise of endless train traffic. The impression remained extremely negative. We do not recommend it

First time in this hotel, the staff is terrible! We arrived here after 22.00, one room turned out to be free. The woman at the reception is rude, almost swears at us, as if someone forced her to sit here, some kind of strange one says one thing, then another, some kind of incomprehensible. We rented a standard room for two for 12,000 tenge, everything in the room is prepared for 1 person. The toilet paper is half used. The faucet in the shower is broken The room is beautiful, cozy, clean. In general, the faucet is not a problem. The service leaves much to be desired. Please do not forcibly leave employees in the workplace. Such employees spoil the mood of others.
