Don't come here. The girl at the reception doesn't know anything at all, wait...3 hours in line....I can't print a sample, bring a printed one. . Come back in three days. They came, brought the printed one, waiting for another 2.5 hours...since there are a lot of brotherly people without waiting in line. And finally the turn came..the transfer and the power of attorney will be ready in 10 days. Really?? Are you certifying on the moon? Let's go to the center to try our luck, maybe it's faster there.
