I was really looking forward to a studio with a reformer not far from home. And I'm glad that it was Nooma and coach Irina who became her. Incredible inspiration and energy from training! Classes during pregnancy helped a lot to maintain not only physical activity, but also morale, and prepare for childbirth, and after them it was nice to get back in shape smoothly. And although I plan to continue returning to the usual gym, I will definitely continue to practice on the reformer - now this is a separate love in physical education. activities. Thanks to Irina for her love of her work and high professionalism, Natalia for the wonderful studio, and the Nooma team for the always incredibly pleasant atmosphere!
