Not a bad LCD, it's calm and quiet here. The sound insulation is good, I don't know if it's just our room layout, but neighbors are very rarely heard. A big minus is the lack of elevators ((( I understand that there are only 3 floors, but still heavy things and objects are dreary to lift to the 3rd floor
