My wife and I stayed here in early April 2026. A new hotel with good repair and facilities. The reception staff is friendly and helpful. They speak English well and a little Russian. There was a problem with the payment by Inecobank card - the transaction was rejected. Ardshinbank was able to pay without any problems. But the heat and stuffiness in the rooms are killing everything. We were first given room 202, and after complaining, we were moved to the neighboring 204, but it didn't get any better. These rooms do not have windows that open, but they do have a transparent glass roof. Rooms overheat very quickly in the sun. You cannot ventilate it yourself. The air conditioners are turned off, as the hotel has a central common heating and air conditioning system. As a result, it is very (impossibly) hot. It is also worth noting the stupid hair dryer in the bathroom. It overheats very quickly and shuts down.
