We stayed at this hotel in October 2025. The hotel is excellent, the sea is nearby, 5-7 minutes on foot, shops, canteen, market are nearby. The room is spacious, clean, new furniture, there is an ironing board and iron on the floor, on the third floor there is a large terrace, a barbecue area, a kitchen, there is everything you need to cook dinner outdoors. Special thanks to the administrator Guzel, she checked in late at night, allowed me to check out later, suggested where to eat, how to get there. She is very responsive and attentive. Thank you🙏💕

We stayed in hotels for 2 weeks in July, got there by accident and did not regret it at all. The rooms are spacious, clean, and equipped with all amenities. The room is cleaned daily, linen is changed every 4 days. Our room had a balcony where you can always sit. There is a parking lot under the hotel, which is always in the shade and hidden from the weather. There are tables on the roof, a barbecue area and a shared kitchen. Thanks to the plane tree, the roof is already in the shade during the day. The staff is friendly and helpful, they will always tell you. The location is excellent, everything is nearby, the sea is 7 minutes away, shops, pharmacies are within walking distance, the market is a 15-minute walk. The sea is clear, we were very satisfied. 🤗

Good afternoon! We had a vacation in September 2024, we liked everything! The convenient location of the hotel, the sea is less than 5 minutes away, you immediately get to the embankment. Within walking distance of shops, cafes, pharmacies, market. The room is spacious, clean, has a balcony, air conditioning, refrigerator, hair dryer. The hotel has balconies on one side (to the courtyard) - the view from the balcony is not very good, on the other side there are French balconies and the view of the mountain and the street is beautiful. The parking lot is beautiful in the yard. A special "Thank you!" to the staff for accommodation, maintenance and cleaning.
