We just got back from a stay at Nirvana Mediterranean Excellence with my girlfriend, and honestly — we had no idea we were walking into this level of luxury. We didn't expect an ultra-premium experience, but everything blew our expectations out of the water. From the moment we arrived, it was clear this place plays in a different league. The service is something else. Every single staff member greets you with a genuine smile, and you can tell they actually enjoy working here — not the rehearsed kind of hospitality, but the real deal. It honestly feels like the whole team is competing to make your day better. The food, drinks, and cocktails were all top-tier. A special shout-out to barwoman Rahime — she takes her craft seriously and it shows. At most resorts, "cocktail" usually means "some alcohol stirred together and called a day." Not here. Rahime makes cocktails like you're sitting at a high-end city bar, not a beach resort. Total game-changer. I've stayed at a lot of hotels, and this was hands down my best experience. The grounds are spotless, the landscaping is beautiful, and the facilities — aquapark, beach, piers, bars, restaurants, snack stations — are all better than they need to be. I had as much fun as the kids at the aquapark (no shame). Huge thanks to the entire Nirvana team, the management, and Kilit Hospitality Group for everything. And a bonus point that deserves its own paragraph: it's pet-friendly. They even have a pet hotel where your dog is looked after during the day, basically a kids club for furry friends. We'll definitely be back next time with our four-legged travel buddy. Already planning it. 10/10, would highly recommend.

Amazing hotel with a fantastic atmosphere! The animation team was energetic, friendly, and always made sure everyone had a great time. The live music performances and evening parties were excellent and created unforgettable memories. A special thanks to the entertainment team for their hard work and positive energy. Perfect hotel, we’ve been here several times and hope to return again. Very beautiful, green, delicious food, lots of activities for kids and adults. We love excellent service here, and of course food. It really a premium hotel in every moment
