We stayed at the hotel in and were very satisfied! The location of the hotel is just perfect — just a few minutes walk from the beach, which was very important to us. The room was clean and cozy, with a modern design and everything necessary for a comfortable stay. The hotel staff was incredibly friendly and always ready to help, whether it was with organizing excursions or solving some minor issues. I was especially pleased with the cuisine — the choice of dishes was varied and delicious. Every day there were fresh fruits on the table, a variety of meat and fish dishes, as well as a variety of desserts. The territory of the hotel is well maintained and green, there is a place to stroll and enjoy the tranquility. In general, the rest turned out to be unforgettable and left only positive emotions. We will definitely come back again! I also want to point out that the hotel has animation that entertains both children and adults. We rested and trained here with our families. We attended family gatherings at our Moscow Martial Arts School in June 2026. A great place, there are gyms and gyms, tennis courts, soccer fields - our athletes had a place to train. My vacation in February was great! The hotel is beautiful and modern! The staff is friendly, the bartenders at the excel bar are super professionals! Daily room cleaning, wet cleaning. The food is delicious, and the main restaurant always has something special for dinner. ☺️ I was also pleased with the spa, it was nice to spend time in the indoor pool. My impressions of the hotel are mixed (winter concept). Poor bellboy service. You need to catch it right away, then wait for the suitcase for an hour or go after it yourself. Food, restaurant service, bar, room cleaning and replenishment of the mini bar, the work of assistants is excellent. Nice spa and gym. The staff is attentive and courteous everywhere. The main restaurant has a wide variety of food for every taste and a lot of fruits. A wonderful pastry shop. There is a well-heated outdoor pool, but the wall is nearby, I would like to improve it, and not look at the gray walls. The hotel is very tired, the rooms are 4*. The area is dirty, they don't even try to remove garbage, branches, etc. on the beach and the hotel grounds. There were cases when what was stated in the program for the day was not fulfilled (disco-as the DJ decides). And there's silence. After the showdown, we were given a free visit to the Ala-kart restaurant. The menu in this restaurant is poor, not particularly liked and not atmospheric. You can go for free, but it's a disappointment for a fee. Strangely, there was already a disco on the rest of the days. The music is on the machine, the record is playing, the DJ is not at the workplace (on the day of the girl's work).

We traveled with 5 families and no one was bored, everyone found something to do. There is a wide variety of water slides from low for younger children, and high, extreme for adults. I was vacationing with my adult daughter. Everything is in order. The transfer on arrival is great. They immediately gave out bottles of water. We got there quickly, about 20 minutes. We were at the hotel at 9 a.m. We were immediately treated to delicious coffee at the reception and checked into the room. This is a big plus, we didn't wait 14 hours. The room was on the 9th floor, partially facing the sea and the neighboring hotel. The room is very tired (a la 2000). There was no smell of sewage, but it would have been nice to repair the faucets, the floor and the furniture itself, the shower faucet leaked when the shower was turned on. There is a capsule coffee machine in the room, a mini fridge (refilled every morning). The bed linen needs updating. The room cleaning is terrible (only the bed was made). They tipped me for two days, but it didn't do any good. I decided not to leave any more. The food is excellent. Thanks for the delicious fish, shrimp, and even oysters. Fruits at a height: I have never eaten so many delicious pineapples, watermelons, melons, pineapples, cherries, strawberries, grapefruit, oranges, pomegranates, bananas, plums, nectarines, apricots, peaches in unlimited quantities every day. But the pears are not tasty. Nutrition is a solid five. The only thing that bothered me was that you didn't have time to move the plate away, and the waiters took it away from under your nose. It's very annoying. As it is, everyone is polite and friendly. Ice cream, especially chocolate and coffee, is excellent. But the alcohol is local, it wants the best. But it wasn't critical to me. We had a rest at the end of September. We got a beautiful room on the 9th floor with a view of the neighboring hotel and the sea. The room itself is spacious and clean. Very comfortable bed and pillows. The bar, coffee, and tea were replenished every day. Regarding room cleaning (they often write in reviews), in my opinion 9/10. The food is great! We had a rest together from 08/25 to 09/02/2025. We had a great time. A modern, stylish, comfortable and very comfortable hotel. Upon arrival, our room status was upgraded to deluxe - 60 m2, two bathrooms, a spacious balcony. The all inclusive level is excellent, the food quality and the infrastructure of restaurants and bars are diverse and convenient. Nice water park and beach. The gym is two storeys high, huge and simply magnificent. Excellent bright shows in a separate advanced theater complex, professional artists - dancers, gymnasts, singers, acrobats. The hotel's website with a program of events and the whats app service in Russian are connected to the guests. Friendly and customer-oriented atmosphere. Sometimes there were not enough sun beds on the beach. The Balinese woman did a 100 euro massage at the spa, reported the low quality of the service in the whats app service, and the next day we were offered a vip massage for two, a hammam and a Jacuzzi with a total duration of 3 hours as compensation. Massage therapists Engin (a Turkish man) and Zhansaya (a Kazakh girl) are really professionals. They pumped all the muscles from head to toe, washed us like babies in the hammam, and we enjoyed it incredibly. We paid the massage therapists the full price for the pleasure. We recommend these specialists. Total: Nirvana Cosmopolitan is a great hotel, thank you for your stay.

We stayed at the hotel on August 25 with my 9-year-old son. Check-in as usual at 14, check-out at 12. The hotel itself is stylish, the interior is modern, and there are many locations for photos. The food is delicious and varied, red salted fish, mussels, squid, shrimps every day, ice cream for every taste, including magnum in a cafe with an aquapark. The water park itself is large, there are extreme slides, children from 8 years old are allowed. The service and staff are friendly. The room is cool, cleaning every day. By the way, the hotel is in collaboration with Lossitan. The spa hammam and massage are great! Drinks for every taste, cocktails will make whatever you want. The cabaret show at the Cosmos Theater is a separate kind of experience. The beach is flat, there are few sand and small pebbles. The food is served around the clock at the hotel. I recommend it!

Very nice and pleasant hotel. I took an All-inclusive room and it's very cool! You come up, take a drink and leave. For breakfast, lunch or dinner, eat whatever you want and as much as you want. There is even a water park that I visited often. There are 2 swimming pools, there is a large football, basketball, and volleyball field. There are some performances and shows every day, so it definitely won't be boring there! A huge modern theater! Kind staff who will always help and prompt. The hotel is quite close to the airport, which is a big plus (5-15 minutes by car) but! I do not recommend renting a car at this hotel. It is better to walk 10 minutes into the city and find a car there that is 2 times cheaper and no worse, for example, "aytucar"!!! Also, in my opinion, the hotel lacks external lighting. It seems too dark at night. I can't say anything bad anymore! In general, I recommend it!!!

(Italian cuisine, Alaska). Very worthy. A large selection of dishes, everything is delicious. * You can take water and cans of drinks everywhere.… * Tuk tuks go to/from the beach. Anyway, the baggage handler came over, (Fatih) asked what the problem was and brought me the cord after 30 seconds. For which I would like to thank him very much. When we were choosing a hotel, we read a lot of negative reviews about this hotel, but we liked it externally and we chose it and are very happy about it! There are so many people and opinions, of course! Our room was very nice. There were negative reviews about poor cleaning, but we left a small tip for the guys on the second day and the cleaning was excellent for all 10 days. I would like to mention the quality of alcohol and food separately. The food was varied and delicious. I liked the delivery system, that everyone doesn't go into the dishes with their own hands, and you come up and an employee in clean seals puts whatever you want and how much you want, while smiling and behaving very politely. The all-inclusive system includes good alcohol, bottled beer, prosecco and even Chivas. Starbucks coffee and a coffee shop with delicious sweets are also included. The water park and the beach are wonderful! There is also a children's area (it's a pity we only found out about it on the 5th day), where you can send your child for a few hours and play with him there, hold master classes. Our child loved it there! The only thing I would like to improve is the pools. I would like them to look more modern for beautiful photos))

We stayed at this hotel in September 2025, and overall we liked the hotel, but there are some features that the management and guests may need to pay attention to.: 1. Territory: the hotel does not have a territory as such, as most of it is occupied by 2 football fields, which are fenced with a metal net. There is a long paved alley leading to the sea along this grid. As a matter of fact, the main life is in full swing on this alley :)) There is also a water park along the alley with an adjacent swimming pool, where the main activities take place. The second pool is located opposite the hotel building, decorated in a Spartan style, all in concrete, rectangular shape. 2. Nutrition: the food is excellent, there are a lot of fruits, but I was a little upset that a whole fish (dorado, sea bass) is not every day. I also came across poorly washed greens almost every day, with traces of dirt and even with a caterpillar. This is especially true for curly lettuce leaves. Separately, I want to praise the coffee shop in the lobby - a wonderful assortment of tea and sweets, but I didn't like the coffee anywhere in the hotel, even in my own Starbucks. I would also like to mention a cool range of alcohol - even Jack Daniels hanni and apple are available. However, there is no Irish beer in an Irish pub. 🤷🏼♀️ 3. Check-in: unfortunately, the check-in procedure did not go smoothly, we were after a night flight, I wanted to start relaxing as soon as possible :) The room was prepared earlier on the 1st floor, but right above some noisy equipment, which makes it impossible to stay in a room with an open balcony door. The room was replaced, but after 2 hours, as a result, instead of resting after the flight, I had to wait for relocation. By the way, the noise from the equipment is very audible on the lower floors on both sides of the hotel, so it is better, if possible, to settle above the 3rd floor and closer to the sea. 4. Beach: the beach is excellent, wide, sandy, with a gentle entrance to the sea. There are a lot of sun beds, there are enough for everyone. 5. Cats: there are a lot of them and they are very cute ☺️ 6. The hotel can accommodate guests with animals, which is probably why the territory is "decorated" with cardboard figures of dogs, which, frankly, look a little tired and the purpose of their placement is not entirely clear, they do not add much beauty. Conclusion: the beach is great, the food is good, but the hotel's territory is not distinguished by the beauty of landscape design, a kind of kingdom of concrete and fences, but inside the building it is very pretty. The hotel has everything you need. Not cheap, but a little angry :))

Great hotel. We rested here for 7 days. There's a lot of entertainment. Nice bar. Veronica is generally a cannon, makes cocktails for a hundred points! The outdoor pool is heated, which was very pleasant in bad weather. A huge water park for kids. We also liked the huge sports center where we played volleyball, basketball, lawn and small tennis, etc.

I really thought the elevator was broken, the hotel WASN'T thought out to the smallest detail. It's the same with the room, they put us on the top floor, and so to speak, we were lucky here, with a better renovation on the upper floors. Next, there's a strange water switching system, you adjust it in half, and in the process of washing, something goes wrong in the wall, and boiling water pours on you, and you're standing there again trying to regulate it. The bed linen and towels are already tired, it's time to change them, the pillows were in some black spots. My pillow (personal, brought with me)They threw me into a dirty corner with bags, and my husband's shaving machine was thrown out with the package. Ale, it's 5⭐️ premium, they didn't allow themselves to do that in ordinary hotels. Things are thrown away, only those that are in the trash, not on the table!! Of course, they quickly fixed it and brought their own machine, but sorry, they couldn't shave, my husband cut himself all over. The only thing in the restaurant was very tasty food, although they say the staff often change, so it's not a fact that next season it will be just as delicious. I liked the fact that salads are prepared from under the knife in portions. Similarly, the Turkish dessert Kunefe is prepared right in front of your eyes (very tasty). For breakfast there was lightly salted salmon, poached egg on a bruschetta, borax with salad, omelets, porridges. For lunch and dinner, sea bass, red fish, tuna, crabs, shrimp, mussels, rib meat and much more, delicious homemade noodles with pesto. There was a large selection of alcohol and cocktails, the beer was both draft and bottled, and the champagne was very tasty. Starbucks wasn't impressed, the staff does fine every other time. Most of the dishes are behind closed windows and you have to ask for them. The cleanliness left much to be desired: dirty dishes could lie on a clean table, on glasses and mugs, each time you had to pay attention so as not to pour yourself into a dirty glass. So most of us were sitting on the open veranda, where the appliances were packed. A separate topic of the coffee machine: you can't pour your own coffee, and the staff doesn't know how to use them either. If you take into account that my husband is a half-Turk and speaks excellent Turkish, even this did not help in solving some issues, because the staff are not very friendly to everyone. Also, the staff does not know the concept, we asked how much it costs to ride on the board, they said 250 euros, but it turns out it was by appointment (in August) and in July, about 15-20 euros per person, which is also strange in the concept of the hotel, the application gives different information. As a result, if you don't pay attention, you can relax well, the beach is large, the quality of drinks and food is excellent, the proximity to the airport and the city to go shopping. The beach is sandy and pebbly, access to the sea is possible barefoot, there are enough places even when the hotel is fully loaded. The kids' club is great, the kids are thrilled. There are enough bars from the pier to the main building. The Ala-kart restaurant is very peculiar, we were in Italian, then we went to the main restaurant for dinner)) The hotel is located near the basic shopping centers, you can get there by bus (33 lira /person) or by taxi in the region of 600 lira via Yandex.taxi payment with a Russian card linked to your phone (mega convenient and as honest as possible). To summarize, I would have returned to the hotel - YES!

The rooms at the hotel are more than spacious, L'Occitan cosmetics. Alcohol drinks in the bar are mostly imported, cool cocktails are made by a girl with dreadlocks. The pastry shop of this hotel is a special corner of tranquility and delicious desserts, as well as handmade chocolate A small disadvantage, of course, was the late activation of the pool heating, because the weather was already pointing to this. Overall, I liked the hotel. Great food. The main restaurant is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. You can have a snack on the beach. The hotel is too loyal to the kids and the dress code. If the rules say that children under 18 are not allowed on night programs, these rules must be followed. If you look closely, there are scuffs, not a lot of tired furniture, not very high-quality cleaning.
